All the processed orders are posted same day if you order before 1pm.

All tracking information will be sent via email, within 12 hours.

Free Postage:

All orders placed over weekends and bank holidays will not be dispatched until the next working day. You may receive a notification saying that your items have been shipped outside of these times, but this does not mean that has been collected by the courier, this is to indicate that your order is awaiting collection by the courier.

Please note that your order will be dispatched from our Warehouse Group Depot and this will be advised on your delivery notifications. We may provide your telephone number and/or e-mail address to the nominated courier for tracking purposes and for them to notify you of an approximate delivery time. If your order has not arrived within 7 working days following dispatch (UK orders) please contact us by quoting your order number in all correspondence.

Please ensure that your delivery address details are correct, as we will not replace or re-send any order at our expense if incorrect details have been supplied by you.If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet and you need to amend your order get in touch via our ‘Contact us’ widget which can be found on our contact us page.

Please Note: All times stated are estimated and are conditional on normal operating procedures. United States (USA) Delivery:

All orders placed before 3PM EST will be processed the same business day. Any orders placed after 3PM EST will be shipping the following business day. If for any reason there is an issue with your order such as availability or verification your shipping and processing time may vary.

All Orders are shipped via LaserShip,UPS,USPS and FedEx

Please ensure that the address used for shipping is 100% accurate as our team is not responsible for any packages unable to be delivered due to a wrong or incomplete address. Our team will do our best to adjust any mistyped addresses as once the order has been shipped we are unable to make any adjustments. justvapesaustralia is not responsible for any shipping charged resulting in a faulty address or a return to sender due to no person 21+ available to sign.

Once your order is placed you will receive an Order Confirmation confirming that your Order has been placed. Once your order has been printed and fulfilled you will receive a Shipment confirmation with your tracking information. We are unable to modify or cancel any order that has been prepared for fulfillment.

REFUND POLICY:

RETURNS REFUNDS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, unopened in the original packaging, and must include all packing material, manuals, documentation, and accessories.

 

Proof of purchase required. Please include your name, email address and order number when requesting a return. Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment through bank transfer, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your PayPal account Balance or Bank account again.

Then contact your Bank or your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at
